About The Program Do you always prepare an executive summary as part of your proposal? Is it a carefully-crafted document with its own "special" purpose? Or simply a "cut and paste" version of your basic proposal? Who writes it? When do you start? In this video, Mr. Robert Anderson answers these and numerous other questions about a document that is one of the key components of any winning proposal. Mr. Anderson shows why an executive summary is multi-faceted and must follow a unique set of rules - rules much beyond those given in any Request For Proposal.
In this video, Mr. Anderson shows you how to use each one of these rules to create a readable, logical and persuasive executive summary: created to boost your proposal-winning impulse. You understand that an executive summary, if done properly, is much more than its name implies - a vehicle to truly influence every proposal evaluator and every proposal decision maker. You learn why an executive summary - though typically unscored itself - is key to achieving a high evaluation score.
